Public Private Partnership Division offers flexible and creative advice related to Public Private Partnership projects both to public and private sector entities. We assist our clients with project identification and selection, transaction structuring and financing, transaction bid and tender preparation, bid evaluation and negotiations as well as other issues related to Public Private Partnership projects.
